Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.

Cancellations

• All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If the client cancels for any reason, the retainer will be forfeited.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing through email or Pixieset.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

• Any additional reschedules require a new retainer.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

• No-shows forfeit all payments made.

Weather & Photographer Cancellations

• Outdoor sessions impacted by severe weather will be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion and do not count against the one-time reschedule.

• If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable retainer or the option to reschedule.
